*UPDATE* Their facebook page now says this is for New Zealand only. At the time I filled out the form, my US address went through fine.
Visit the SPCA facebook page, fill out the form on the grab a sample tab, and choose if you want a free sample of pet food for a dog or cat.
It is for New Zealand only so better take it down :-)
